Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship within Australia only using Australia Post.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Processing and Handling

Orders are generally packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed before 11:00 am may be counted as the first handling day. Orders placed after 11:00 am will be treated as received on the following business day, which will become Day 1 of the handling period.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

During busy periods, promotions, market events or public holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Please review the shipping charge before completing your purchase.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times begin after your order has been dispatched and are separate from our handling time.

Australia Post currently estimates standard Parcel Post delivery at approximately:

• 5–7 business days within the same state

• 5–8  business days for interstate deliveries

These are estimates only. Regional and remote areas may take longer.

Delivery may also be affected by public holidays, severe weather, transport disruptions or delays within the Australia Post network.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, your tracking number will be emailed to you after your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your parcel has been lodged.

Delivery Addresses

Please check that your name, address, postcode, email address and phone number are correct before placing your order.

SMS Shampoo Made Simple is not responsible for delivery delays or returned parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery or non-collection, additional postage costs may apply before the order can be sent again.

Authority to Leave

Australia Post may leave your parcel in a safe place where permitted.

Where a parcel has been delivered according to Australia Post tracking or your delivery instructions, SMS Shampoo Made Simple cannot accept responsibility for theft, loss or damage occurring after delivery, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Delayed or Missing Parcels

Please check your tracking information and surrounding delivery area before contacting us.

Also check whether:

• someone else at the address accepted the parcel

• it was placed in a safe location

• Australia Post left a collection card

• the tracking information shows it is awaiting collection

If your parcel appears significantly delayed or missing, please contact us with your name, order number and tracking number so we can assist with an Australia Post enquiry.

Damaged Orders

We take care when packing every order.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:

• your order number

• a description of the damage

• clear photographs of the damaged product

• photographs of the parcel and packaging

Please keep the damaged product and packaging until the matter has been reviewed.

Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

Please contact us promptly if you receive an incorrect product or an item is missing from your order.

Include your order number and photographs where relevant so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate solution.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Australian consumers may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund where goods fail to meet applicable consumer guarantees.
